From the city:

• Take the A1 east from Edinburgh (in the direction of Berwick-upon-Tweed) to Haddington for approximately 12 miles.

• Exit the A1 via the first junction signposted for Haddington (the Oak Tree Junction).

• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A199.

• At the next roundabout immediately afterward, take the 2nd exit onto the A199, in the direction of Aberlady.

• Follow the A199 for approximately 1/2 mile, at which point you will see a sign for 'Easter Alderston'. This sign is immediately after the speed limit sign, as you enter Haddington.

• Turn left where the sign to Easter Alderston indicates and follow the road up the hill, past the Links Vet Surgery and over a bridge north across the A1.

• Our office is further up the hill on your right hand side, after approximately 1/3 mile.

From Edinburgh airport:

• Start out on Gogar Bridge Road. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastfield Avenue (marked 'Exit all routes').

• At second roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastfield Road (marked 'Exit all routes').

• At third roundabout take the 1st exit onto Eastfield Road (marked 'Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling').

• At fourth roundabout take the 2nd exit, then merge onto the A8 (marked 'Edinburgh, City Bypass').

• Branch left, then at Gogar roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A720 (marked 'City Bypass, Edinburgh South and East').

• At Lothianburn Junction continue forward onto the A720 (marked 'Berwick upon Tweed A1').

• At Sherrifhall roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A720 ('City Bypass, Berwick upon Tweed A1).

• At roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the A1 (Berwick upon Tweed).

• From this point on, follow the directions above, 'from the city'.

• Take the A1 north from Berwick-upon-Tweed (in the direction of Edinburgh) to Haddington.

• Exit the A1 via the first junction signposted for Haddington (the Abbotsview Junction).

• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A199 signposted for Aberlady and Gullane and follow for about 1 mile.

• At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A199 marked for Edinburgh.

• Follow the A199 for approximately 1/2 mile, at which point you will see a sign for 'Easter Alderston'. This sign is on your left hand side, immediately before the national speed limit signs, as you leave Haddington.

• Turn right where the sign to Easter Alderston indicates and follow the road up the hill, past the Links Vet Surgery and over a bridge north across the A1.

• Our office is further up the hill on your right hand side, after approximately 1/3 mile.

• The closest train stations to our office are at Longniddry (on the North Berwick train line), and Dunbar (on the main East coast line).
