Individual (Non ISA Investments) To invest as a private individual or a group of up to four private individuals jointly.
ISA 2024-25 To invest in a stocks and shares Individual Savings Account.
JISA 2024-25 To invest in a Junior Individual Savings Account.
Bare Trust (For a minor) To make an investment for a child such as a gift.
Corporate Entity (Including UK Ltd Liability Partnership) To invest on behalf of a company which is not a UK/EU Regulated Financial Services Firm nor a Nominee Firm.
Nominee Firm To invest on behalf of a UK/EU Regulated Financial Services Firm or a Nominee Firm.

CTF to JISA Transfer 2024-25 To transfer cash or units from a Child Trust Fund held with another manager to a Junior Individual Savings Account managed by MWP.
Top up forms
to add to existing investments.
Unit Trust Top Up (Non ISA) For further investments into an existing account. This form should not be used for ISA investments.
Switch forms
to move investments between funds.
Fund Switch (non ISA) To switch from one MW Fund to another (non ISA).
Fund Switch (within your ISA) To switch from one MW Fund to another within your existing ISA.
Fund Switch Form – to invest in an ISA To switch from existing MW Funds to an ISA (either using the same fund or a different MW Fund).
Fund Switch Form – to invest in a JISA To switch from existing MW Funds to a JISA (either using the same fund or a different MW Fund).
