Wendy Ferguson, Deputy Chief Executive at McInroy & Wood, oversees all operational aspects of the firm. Wendy has been with McInroy & Wood since 2012, bringing with her 21 years of experience in the financial services industry.
A graduate in Accountancy from Aberdeen University, Wendy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1994. She later joined Scottish Widows, where she held senior roles across operations, finance, risk, and the chief executive’s office.
Wendy is set to assume the role of CEO in June 2025.
